A little disappointed that I didn't get help on shop floor and had to go ask after 15mins of trying to get someone's attention...staff were friendly, huge variety of everything, good value, premises very clean, tidy and well presented

Always happy to help.
Although the parts we get are for older bikes they are happy to order from Austria. We usually order over email and they are very easy to deal with. They even send the parts to our doorstep for us.
They also have a very large selection of products. New gear, tires, bikes, you name it.
