A little disappointed that I didn't get help on shop floor and had to go ask after 15mins of trying to get someone's attention...staff were friendly, huge variety of everything, good value, premises very clean, tidy and well presented

I was very impressed with the friendly helpful service and the selection available.

AWESOME SHOP! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they are excellent! Boyd's is by far the best bike shop in the Waikato in our opinion, the always do you a great deal and offer exceptional and professional service! In-store atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly too. Keep it up guys :-)
