Awesome service, jumped into the store quickly to see if they had tights for my daughter, lady serving went away and found exactly what i was looking for, took no more than 1 min and i had my product and out the door! Awesome and friendly too.

I was looking for a car seat and the staff at baby factory were very helpful and let me know different features and different types of seats that would work for me. Baby factory also have a great selection of baby clothes.

Friendly staff, took us through different options with our purchase. Easy store to find. No physical car parking outside store but can park at shopping mall and walk over. Clean and tidy store. Pleasure to shop at.

awesome customer service and helpful staff. prices are really good for the quality of clothing and goods. store is nicely set out and planned well to maximise space for prams.
