Always top shelf for quality baby items from clothes to seats to accessories. Also one of the better Baby Factory stores I've been to in terms of stock levels, but parking in the city can be a bit of a hassle, even if it is 2 hours free. Overall very good though.

Good service - i had to replace a faulty product twice and the second time they offered me store credit which is great. They have good range of quality products and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help.

Really good quality products here and a great range. They litterally have everything you need to got set up and the staff are great at giving good advice on products.

Super helpful staff, but finding parking is terrible, and a lot of the aisles are not wide enough to get a pram through. Items are ordered in a slightly unusual manner too, I had to ask to find a couple of things as it wasn't clear where they could be.

Great staff here - they are always very helpful and will order stock in if it isn't in the store. They have great sales here and lots to choose from aswell.
