I rang through about a noisy fridge cooling fan. I had taken a look at it, and thought it was a loose mounting bracket. Three other repair agents had said they would come out, in 7-10 days time, but these folks made the effort to pop out the same day, and promptly diagnosed the real problem - 10 minutes later and my fridge was sitting quietly defrosting and the next morning when I powered it back up - blissful quiet!
Friendly, efficient and fast service! Not to mention, one of the least expensive too! I was impressed by the professionalism of the attending technician, and the fact that he had pre-empted the diagnosis and had brought along suitable spare parts to ensure a prompt and efficient repair on the spot. This kind of forethought is what differentiates a real professional from a cowboy - these guys are true professionals and I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know who has a whiteware fault to be dealt with.

A noisy fridge prompted my call to these repairers. Based on verbal assessment, they thought it might have been as simple as a loose mounting bracket, and told me they would send someone out later the same day - much speedier than the other 3 repairers I had called, who were not able to offer service in less than 3 days!
Upon arrival the technician was immediately able to diagnose the real problem - ice build-up obstructing the fan due to a failed defrost timer. Instead of turning off the flow of coolant every 12 hours to allow ice build-up to melt away, the fridge had been slowly collecting ice for months until it grew into the path of the air circulation fan.
Thinking this was going to be an expensive part, I asked the tech how much, and how long until the parts could be obtained. He grinned at me, walked out to his van and returned with the part needed. "I thought there was a chance it might have been this, and found one in the back of the parts room just in case. I can have it installed in 5 minutes."
I was advised to pack up the contents of the fridge into chiller boxes, and leave the fridge overnight with the door propped open so the ice could melt away, and restart the fridge no less than 8 hours later. While he was there, he also checked the mounting bracket and indeed it was a little bit loose due to all the grinding and vibration caused by the fan blades hitting the ice.
The next day, when I power up the fridge... blissful quiet operation as normal. It's been a few weeks now, and still no sign of ice build-up or extra noise, so I am fully satisfied that the tech was spot on with his professional and prompt assessment. With a 12 month parts and workmanship warranty in place, I have the assurance that if the part fails again within that time, repairs will be just as prompt and professionally handled.

Great service, good communication. Solved all 3 dishwasher issues in timely manner and made contact with the tenants first. I recommend this company.
Only suggestion would be to put internet banking account number on the invoice to make things simpler.
