Aim 1 Carpet Cleaners we used to clean our carpets. We found them obliging and very professional with their service. We were surprised at the result they obtained with no fuss or mess carpets were dry in next to no time.
Would have no problem recommending them

If I could give less than one start, I would!
Were late to the job. Carpets were not cleaned - only spot cleaned in about 3 places, I stain that wasn't there before they started was left in the middle of the lounge.
I confronted the owner about the awful job and he agreed and told he had to leave at the start and he left others to do it for him.
Tried to get a receipt from them for the work - they said they'd send one to me. This never came so I kept contacting them and they just ignored me. Posted a review on their Facebook page which they quickly deleted and also blocked me from re-posting.
Disgusting customer service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Nice couple who were pleasant to have in our home. Spot cleaned a section for us and we're happy with the result

The lady who came to clean our carpets was rude and annoyed she had to clean our carpets on a saturday. She raced through the house and carpets were not cleaned properly I have to pay to have them done again.
