Great selection of meals on the menu. Staff were lovely and often checked if we needed anything else.

Up to Standard with all other Speights Ale House's - Menu never seems to change but staff are very helpful and know the drinks list well

Disappointed with the service here. Despite it not being busy we had to wait quite a while to get service. They messed up one part of the order. The burger, while being very over priced, seriously under delivered with a tiny serve of meat in it. They were happy to remake the unsatisfactory burger, but it took long enough to get it the first time, and so we ended up waiting ages to get a decent meal. Really rather expensive for the quality and portion size on offer. Very limited options if you don't eat wheat.

Delicious food, friendly service. Highly recommended for a night out at a good cost. Sometimes you can wait a little long for the food. Great atmosphere!
