The bank as a whole I enjoy. They have always been quick and efficient in all of my encounters and the app works better than my last bank. The reason for only one and a half stars is because of my meeting with them last week. I simply went in to open an account, and they started doing a 'health check' where the staff member I was dealing with looked through my transactions and made rude comments about my spending habits and lack of savings. If she had been a little nicer I would have explained that my savings are still with my old bank but after an hour of judgy comments I just wanted to get out of there. Definitely need to train there staff better.

Been banking with them for over 10 years now and never ever had an issue with them. Highly highly recommend
