Very easy to deal with, it's so convienent was bale to organise most things over the phone and through email. I have an excellent mortgage rate and am happy with the services provided

The bank as a whole I enjoy. They have always been quick and efficient in all of my encounters and the app works better than my last bank. The reason for only one and a half stars is because of my meeting with them last week. I simply went in to open an account, and they started doing a 'health check' where the staff member I was dealing with looked through my transactions and made rude comments about my spending habits and lack of savings. If she had been a little nicer I would have explained that my savings are still with my old bank but after an hour of judgy comments I just wanted to get out of there. Definitely need to train there staff better.

Pleased I moved away from ANZ as my main bank. The customer service is very inconsistent and at times unprofessional.
