      I am a big fan of thai food and discovered bamboo tree restaurant in july. Since then I try to dine there at least once a week for lunch. All of the lunches have been tasty and service has been friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and it has been a revelation to me as I no longer have to drive to Invercargill to enjoy top quality thai meals.

      While travelling we stopped for dinner in Gore and had Thai at the Bamboo Tree again. Still good honest tasty Thai food. Even with just the owner out the back the meal still arrived promptly.
