General Info

Here at the Rehab Room, we are able to offer individual one on one personalised care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We have extended treatment times and a small client base to allow time to listen, develop and provide personalised bespoke care for our clients. Our clinic is located upstairs at the Enterprise pool, a heated indoor pool complex. The clinic contains a strength and conditioning gym, Pilates equipment and Physiotherapy treatment room. Clients are able use a combination of pool (Hydrotherapy), strength and conditioning and Pilates based rehabilitation alongside one-on-one hands on Physiotherapy to help gain a faster more effective recovery.
