Novus Auto Glass

My insurance instructed Novus Gisborne to access and replace my 1999 Saturn sw2 windshield six weeks ago.Three weeks ago I contacted Novus Gisborne to see if the glass has arrived and was told he will get someone to contact me for an eta on the glass.The following day I contacted Novus Gisborne to inform him that the vehicle was going to be transported back to Auckland on the 14th feb so he advised he would make arrangements with Novus Manukau to take the job and confirmed the glass is being shipped already and someone would contact me when it has arrived.Wednesday 21-02-2018 I contacted Novus Manukau to enquire about the glass and they had no knowledge about anything and advised to contact my insurance in which I did to sort it out.That afternoon I was contacted by Novus Manukau and advised the glass has not even been ordered.I advised Novus Gisborne lied to me and swore which I am sorry because it was not Novus Manukaus fault.She offered to order one in and I advised not to and I am going to call my insurance to discontinue dealings with Novus and authorise another company to source and install my glass.Hour later I received a call from Smith and Smith and the vehicle is booked in on 06-03 2018 to be repaired.Although the glass was suppose to have been shipped from overseas I think four weeks is enough time to have it received to be told it has not even been ordered I am dissapointed.Not professional at all
