Warning Warning Warning I'd made an online purchase a month ago. Money taken but nothing arrives. The phone is never answered, no reply on emails, no return calls. Is this a red sign??? Someone helps if you know something especially those living near the shop.

My product was received damaged. I've emailed, called, messaged online, multiple attempts over the last few weeks and no response. I just called again and not only are they rude and unapologetic their resolution is to return the product which they then can't replace - and then after they go through through a claim process with their courier who they believe is at fault I might get a refund. Unbelievable! So not only do I now not have time before Christmas to order from elsewhere (as they haven't bothered to reply to me over the last few weeks and are now out of stock), they wont refund me now so I have the money to buy an alternate gift. The present I bought cost more than $300 and I don't have that kind of money spare at most times, let alone a week before Christmas. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
