Recommended to go here by our hotel....friendly, open fire, great service, plenty of food, gluten-free needs well met, would recommend.

Especially the manager was very personable and made sure my hot chocolate was made just the way I like it!! I also noticed there was a good vibe between her and her staff!!

We were presented with delicious and generous sized portions without waiting for too long. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Stuck for 3 days at Fox Glacier because of the rain washing away Franz Josef bridge, this was the only lively and warm place. The food is good, service very good. Music is nice. Overall a nice experience.
