Chris Chamberlain was great to work with, he had good communication, was pretty flexible, very prompt and professional. He always kept us up to date with how the process was going and had great photos and a good write up.

The thing I like most about Rebecca at Watson Integrity is how quickly she sorts any problems. I just need to email or ring. If it is urgent (like the wasps nest, or the hot water running on the roof) it is dealt with ASAP. I appreciate how accessible Rebecca is. I don't have to contact her often, but when I need her she is available.

We were first home buyers so we did not really know 100% what we were doing but Bonnie Brown was helpful, easy to understand, answered all our questions and guided us step by step through it really well.
