General Info

We offer Reformer and Mat Pilates in a friendly & welcoming environment. Tabata is also on the timetable to get that heart rate up and burning. All the classes are open level so anyone can join in from beginners through to advanced. We modify the movements to make them easier or harder depending upon peoples abilities.
