      I had my hair done by a lovely young lady who was amazing and done a great job. I went a second time to inquire about a hair color. The member of staff who wasn't the person I had previously made me feel like I wouldn't be able to afford their services and that my best bet was to go to the college to get it done cheap. She then proceeded to walk away to have another staff member continue to straighten her hair.
