Good location with an excellent parking space. Staff were wlcoming and friendly. What a lovely old hotel to stay at in dunedin! Prices were pretty reasonable too

Nice place to stay for a night or 2. Reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean and beds made well. Shower was good.

Really easy going accommodation. out of town a little so its always quiet but also still walking distance to everywhere . warm too!

Room was quite lovely. Nicely set up and beds were super comfy. A lovely old hotel to stay in clean and tidy and warm. Great location, and priced well for what it is. A really good option.
