Horrific customer service from their Store Manager of all people!! Incredibly rude with an attitude that definitely reflects over her staff! Went in to look at a few watches with my son and was completely ignored by both the manager and the staff and when I was approached by the Manager, was treated like a "2nd Class Citizen" that was really after my wallet.
Don't worry Stewart Dawsons, I'll take my money elsewhere. Thankfully Pascoes have their heads screwed on and were able to help us and treat us like human beings!
Here's hoping people of Dunedin read this and take their money elsewhere!

Awful customer service from their Store Manager and staff today and this is not the first time I have been in this store and encountered this issue.
