      We stayed here while our daughter was in dunedin public hospital.
      We had a studio room with queen bed and ensuite.
      Basic clean and tidy upstairs accommodation with excellent staff service.
      Very close walking distance to hospital and supermarket. Close to main centre.
      Early morning traffic and the sun coming straight through the curtains may disturb some.
      Overall a very good experience.
