Came here to purchase plants of which their staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got myself everything I needed from pots, plants, potting mix, garden tools, and managed to also get a table and chair set for my balcony. If unsure about which plants to get, just ask Craig!

A very good store, the only problem I have is trying to find a staff member to help in any department except paint and bathroom/kitchen.

Staff are great, most are really helpful and if they don’t know will ask. Good having retired trade folks. Good parking. Nice cafe too. Opening hours good. Only reason not a 5 star is very often the stock is low on items or none. The stock control system needs a serious look. When an item is low in stock it doesn’t seem to trigger a replacement quick enough. I sadly shop at bunnings and elsewhere often first as they always have stock. Items that sell fast run out too quickly- why does mitre10 not purchase more of them in the first place. Or during peak or promotional times. Here’s a few examples within the last week bathroom mirrors, popular screw sizes, smoke alarms. Take a leaf out of Kmart online experience! You can see how much stock and if low you can pre order and get it delivered.
