The staff here can be a bit over the top, you walk in and instantly have someone ask if they can help, tell them you're just browsing, turn around and theres another staff member asking if they can help! Its like they're fighting over you!

I have made plenty of purchases over the years, most recently a new Dyson vacuum cleaner. The staff here are always friendly and happy to answer any questions that you have. You won't find any pressure sale techniques here! They are always happy to price match if you find items cheaper elsewhere, and you can earn Airpoints here. No shortage of car parks ever, and disability accesses are available in form of a ramp and elevator up to the main store floor.

The best electrical shop in Dunedin. The prices are a little high though but there is a good selection of branded goods. The central location of the store is its good point.
