I recieved fabulous customer service from Mr Simon! After a few days I had my braclet snap, I called and asked if I could post it back to be repaired as I lived out of town. They were more than happy to assist and i recieved a brand new braclet within days. I would certainly recommend this business as they truly appear to appreciate thier customers.
