I am really happy with the Lux I brought here. They have been helpful when I have come back for lux bags as well.

They often have good sales on my lux bags, but every time the sales team will try push you into buying other items.

Good friendly service, just beware that you will probably spend twice as much as you intended to. Good range on display too

The staff here are really pushy, they didn't really want to listen to what I wanted and were just trying to up-sell me.

Felt very uncomfortable in the store the lady was very pushy and asking a lot of questions when I stated I was just looking definitely wouldn’t go back
