      great place in town, easy walk to shops, staff are attentive, rooms are clean, the place is quiet, pretty much get the whole place to yourself while we stayed there. Would come back next time if we are traveling to dunedin again.

      Nice stay and very clean. Easy walk to the parks, octagon, museums, and CBD.
