ABOUT US Demelza, the principal teacher at Iyengar Yoga Dunedin discovered Iyengar yoga while recovering from several surgeries. After only a few classes she discovered improvements to both her physical and over all wellbeing. Having studied for several years with Jyoteeka Cummings in Palmerston North, Demelza started her teacher training with Rosie Holland of Nelson under Jyoteeka¿s guidance. She regularly studies with Sue Scott from Melbourne and has studied with the Iyengar family in Pune, India. Having recently moved to Dunedin Demelza is the only certified Iyengar teacher in the city.
