Countdown Supermarkets

This branch of Countdown is the better one in the area, being of a large enough size and stocked with a good amount and variety of products. Lighting is good, aisles are wide and clean, and on the other end, even has homeware, clothing and other home needs. Definitely a great time shopping here!

We love this supermart because it is well-stocked and there is a big floorspace. The trolleys are easy to use and safe. There are insurances marketed. There is even a place to leave your notes for selling houses or for looking for lost pets.

I find there is limited range of certain items, probably due to the size of the store and often find the bakery bread has next day expiry dates. Great location though, it is right inbetween my work and home.

Very conveniently located supermart with a wide range of food and goods. This is a well stocked supermart with friendly staff and great bargains!

Being one of the smaller Countdown supermarkets in Dunedin means it carries a limited range of products. Surprisingly they have decent amount of parking spaces; there are actually parking on either side of the building. They are right across the road from petrol station which is convenient if you’re looking for a quick shop and refuel when you’re in the area.
