Hidden on the second floor among one of the rows of restaurants and bars in the octagon, Carousel is one of the only bars in Dunedin where you can get well made classic cocktails. The upscale decor and ambience is accompanied by an equally upmarket price-tag.

Gem of a place, tucked away so can be difficult to find but once you do you will be pleased. Plenty of seating, amazing cocktails and excellent service

A great place for cocktails - they are amazing. A little bit pricy though. I had to contact the bar once, but they never seem to check their messages or answer their phone which was pretty disapointing.
