The fillet of fish was my favourite dish with lemon vacharin being my favourite dessert. The fish was cooked to perfection and I really loved the citrus and chervil cracked wheat as the base. I'm a fan of sour dessert so the lemon vacharin became the dish of the day for me. The slight cold taste of the sorbet and the crispiness of the meringue were such a great combination. As for the wine, Riesling, one of my favourite, was definitely a good match with the fish.

Fine dinning at its best. Lovely atmosphere, great service, and the best food Dunedin has to offer. Complements to this world class chef. It was great to be introduced to some interesting combinations and every plate was a work of art.
