The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of cat accessories and they always offer to order something in it isn't in stock.

Lovely pet store. Locally owned, friendly staff, great range of products for our dog. Huge selection of food, toys, treats, collars, winter coats. Lots of cool fish and birds for my toddler to look at too!

This is a lovely place to go to. the peop[e there are just fantastic, so caring about animals

Always purchase from here as we have found they are cheaper than a lot of other pet stores. The customer service lets it down a bit as a couple of staff members are not so helpful or friendly as we have been ignored a couple of times and had to ask for help. Some staff not too educated on the animals when asking for advise also. A good range of animals though..
