Not a very big range of products, Staff also seem very annoyed by customers. They often have puppies in and I understand not letting people pick them up but my partner and I came in to purchase one and were made to feel like we were not even allowed to pet them. We left and got our dog elsewhere.

Staff were not friendly at all they were really rude to us. They seemed really annoyed when I was asking questions about the reptile items and tanks. Some prices are cheaper than other places some are a lot more. I wouldn't go back. Not alot of parking in the area.

Small range of products and the prices are quite high. They used to have a fantastic range of fish but lately this has been less and less too. I prefer the newer store right across the road
