First time I visited the store, the car park was full but a member of staff showed me where to park and then went out of their way to be helpful and provide excellent service. However, the second time, the staff was very rude and curt. There is construction work being carried out at the moment which can cause stress or tension but did not appreciate the rudeness when being served at the till.

Great store, great prices, good quality products throughout the store, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Product i wanted was on sale but sold out in store, they held the sale for me and shipped product from another store.

A great range of items - and not just for the farmers! Great discounts for members, and wonderful helpful staff

Awesome shop and super friendly staff who always remember you name, who you work for and farmlands number without needing to be told. If they don't have a,product you need they will happily get it from another farmlands store
