Culverden Takeawa

Lovely staff, fantastic fish 'n chips, had a big amazing burger here and the staff were so lovely and offered us glasses with our bottle of drink we'd bought. Really, really good!

Always stop in here for a but of nostalgia, as my aunty and uncle use to own the place. Had been awhile since I had been through, but the food was still as good as ever. The service was quick and had a good laugh with the staff

Clean shop and friendly service and the fish is the best i have had at a fish and chip shop. Parking along side of road outside and also picnic table outside to eat your food.

Great tasting, fresh, high quality takeaways. Waits aren't too long. Handy location on main street. Prices are very high.

I stopped on the way through from Christchurch to Hammer Spring. The staff were really friendly and the food was perfect, lovely fresh fish cooked to perfection.
They also had wonderful touches like free tomato sauce in the old tomato shaped bottles.
