      Have used this company twice, once a year ago with an excellent experience , and once recently (under new management) with a terrible experience, lack of communication, passed off to different office staff and people with no real answers as to where my freight was. Finally sorted after a lot of tooing and froing, I got the impression unless your a large company with a large wallet you don't matter.
