I've come into the mall multiple times to come here and the store is under construction. It has been like this for a while now. Such a pain but I wouldn't go to any other store as I know where everything is and the staff are so friendly. Hope your up and running soon. Thanks.

I was given a gift card to Whitcoulls I was a bit unsure what to buy, I was impressed with what Whitcoulls had, books, stationary , good items for gifts etc, I ended up coming out with a cook book. I'm very pleased with my experience. Cheers.

The staff can spend a bit of time talking amongst themselves however they are very helpful and knowledgeable if you ask them a question. They have a huge selection of books and games and good stationary deals
