Great store layout with helpful staff members.

Great range of books, particularly in the kids selection. Staff are always helpful when I'm looking for something in particular and have offered to order in if not in stock. Good selection of magazines too.

Great whitchouls conveniently located at the palms. The palms is a smaller, quieter mall so shopping here is a bit calmer/not so hectic. Lots of parking too. The shop itself has a wide range of all sorts of books. I especially love their top 100 wall. Heaps of gift ideas, toys, games, art supplies and stationary too. The shop assistants are always friendly and welcoming. The shop is spacious and always tidy. Their prices are fairly reasonable and they have regular sales which is always good.

I called in on friday and Got a few office supplies here the other day. I found everything easily enough at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly

I like to wait til Whitcoulls has 50% off their cards - then its easy to afford the expensive ones. I really like their card range as they have such a vast one. You can always find a card for any occasion.
