REAL Heroes making REAL CHOICES! Wait¿kiri School was created in 2014 following the merger of Burwood and Windsor Schools. The Kaupapa panels outside our main entrance honour the proud history of Burwood and Windsor schools. We encourage you to take some time to read this information. For two years, while our new buildings were constructed, we operated on two campuses 1.3 km apart. February 2016 saw us come together on one site in six new flexible learning spaces (Learning Studios), designed to maximize teacher collaboration, student self-regulation, student centered learning and children learning with a range of staff.
