I switched to Vodafone years ago when I was offered a good package and every year they keep renewing it and have made it even cheaper so I am very happy with the service. Sometimes the waiting times can be a bit long when you need to ring them but I have always had great service from the staff when I do speak to them

Good prices for the packages they offer however I find their service a bit lacking - you can often wait on hold for 45 minutes just to speak with someone and even then you often don't get the answer to the question you were asking.

Have been with Vodafone for many years. Great package deal on them for having phone/ internet and sky . Can't beat their prices. Awesome customer service and no problem getting to talk to them on the phone. Quick to fix any issues.

Have just moved to Slingshot. Called Vodafone to ask about changing over. Was told that someone would call me to see if I wanted to stay with them. Still waiting for the call so I assume they are not that keen to keep me!

The call center is generally fast if i need to call up. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped fix my phone while we were on the phone. Good internet and mobile deals and plans
