      We hadn't booked an they were pretty full, they squeezed us in the staff were great at recommend wine and food. Food was lovely, Will definitely be back again

      Taken by friends for lunch. Very welcoming and pleasant time overall. Great attention by serving staff. Food excellent (my husband had the ribs and thoroughly recommends them). I had the pork sliders (had to take two of them home, really good serving). Waitress relaxed and smiling, made you feel comfortable in the place. Will definitely go again.

      he food was excellent. It is not just the usual pub grub as the menu is quite large and meals have a gourmet flair to them. The portions were huge and the price very reasonable.

      The portions were huge and the price very reasonable. The pub is carefully divided into areas where patrons can just eat or just drink or both. The history of the pub and area is well displayed around the walls and the community clearly support their local.
