Nice place to go and relax, but definitely better places to go. Unless you get a deal online, I find this place extremely expensive for the service that you get.

DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE READ!!! I never make reviews but for this I had to make an exception so hopefully nobody else has an experience like mine. I went here last week for a barber cut (I have a boys haircut and always prefer a barber to do it) and as I went here earlier on in the year and got a decent cut that cost me $45 I decided to go back and get my hair done by the same barber, but had the worst experience ever. I called before I arrived to book an appointment, the lady asked my name, found me on the system and quoted $45, same as the last time...until I got there and sat in the chair ready to go ahead with my cut when she decided that she now (even after confirming over the phone a couple of hours before) wanted me to pay $85, double the amount of last time! When I questioned this and asked her to explain how she could charge me twice the price she ripped off the cape from around my neck (literally) picked up my bag and screamed at me to get out the shop, shouting that I had said on the phone I only wanted the sides shaved (which in fairness I did AFTER she quoted me $45 because I thought that's all I needed until the barber told me otherwise, although this is irrelevant as I paid $45 for the entire cut 4 months ago) she also shouted about me being female and a female short hair cut is $85 but this does not explain why she charged me $45 last time and I think it was pretty obvious on the phone that I was female AND when she looked me up on her system (I mean please tell me if I'm wrong but I think my name is pretty feminine). I have never in my life dealt with someone reacting in this way, I was absolutely shocked, her behaviour was disgusting and I cannot for the life of me believe that someone with a temper like hers can work in any form of customer service role. I felt sorry for the guy who was about to cut my hair who just repeatedly kept apologising, if I were you bud I'd get a job elsewhere.
In fairness the reviews aren't great and it's been quiet both times when I've been in here so perhaps I should of known better but whoever this woman is, im not sure if she's the manager or the owner but she shouldn't be either.
A week later and I still cannot believe it. Save yourself a trip, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

The staff are rude, unhelpful and didn't seem to listen.. There was already cut hair on the apron before she had even done anything to my hair, which made me wonder about how hygiene is their other items are. I would never go here again. I found It's more like a training school than a salon. Have to now wait for my hair to grow out before getting some style cut back into their hack. Don't be tricked by their deals as they charge you extra to make up the normal price anyway so don't end up saving any money at all.

absolutely loved my hair cut and the service was amazing, however I found the beautician was a abrupt and at times I was a little offended and left very disappointed so i haven't re-booked.

I use to be a regular customer but It's no longer what it use to be, so I won't be returning!

When I arrived at my appointment, I was told that I wasn't booked in because my hairdresser had injured herself and had to take time off (not that anyone had contacted me to reschedule) so they would try and "squeeze me in". As a result I had three different people work on my hair (all of whom appeared to be new).

I felt sorry for the lady colouring my hair as she seemed over stretched, so I figured it made sense having someone else wash my hair. When it came time to cut and blow-dry my hair, a third lady, instead, proceeded to take off my cape. When I pointed out that I booked for a cut, colour and blow wave, she was rude and unprofessional. It seems as though communication isn't a strong point of focus.

I left the salon feeling disappointed, my hair was rushed and it wasn't the usual relaxing experience that getting your hair done should be. When you have to tell a hairdresser what they're meant to be doing, its pretty bad. Don't waste your money going there.
