I found the staff rude and unorganised I was past around 3 staff members to have my hair coloured and cut. Pricing is on the steep side won't be a place I will return to.

Interesting experiance but very costly for a simple cut, no style into it just shortened and more than double usual price. This was a birthday treat to mysef but probably wont be repeated.

DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE READ!!! I never make reviews but for this I had to make an exception so hopefully nobody else has an experience like mine. I went here last week for a barber cut (I have a boys haircut and always prefer a barber to do it) and as I went here earlier on in the year and got a decent cut that cost me $45 I decided to go back and get my hair done by the same barber, but had the worst experience ever. I called before I arrived to book an appointment, the lady asked my name, found me on the system and quoted $45, same as the last time...until I got there and sat in the chair ready to go ahead with my cut when she decided that she now (even after confirming over the phone a couple of hours before) wanted me to pay $85, double the amount of last time! When I questioned this and asked her to explain how she could charge me twice the price she ripped off the cape from around my neck (literally) picked up my bag and screamed at me to get out the shop, shouting that I had said on the phone I only wanted the sides shaved (which in fairness I did AFTER she quoted me $45 because I thought that's all I needed until the barber told me otherwise, although this is irrelevant as I paid $45 for the entire cut 4 months ago) she also shouted about me being female and a female short hair cut is $85 but this does not explain why she charged me $45 last time and I think it was pretty obvious on the phone that I was female AND when she looked me up on her system (I mean please tell me if I'm wrong but I think my name is pretty feminine). I have never in my life dealt with someone reacting in this way, I was absolutely shocked, her behaviour was disgusting and I cannot for the life of me believe that someone with a temper like hers can work in any form of customer service role. I felt sorry for the guy who was about to cut my hair who just repeatedly kept apologising, if I were you bud I'd get a job elsewhere.
In fairness the reviews aren't great and it's been quiet both times when I've been in here so perhaps I should of known better but whoever this woman is, im not sure if she's the manager or the owner but she shouldn't be either.
A week later and I still cannot believe it. Save yourself a trip, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Be aware that some of the 5 star reviews are written by employees of the salon.

This used to be a great place to go & I was a return customer for years. I'd even started bringing my son in to go to the attached v barbers.

After my last visit I will not be returning. They hiked the price to almost double of what was stated on their price list for a haircut. This price was increased at the counter afterwards when I presented an entertainment book voucher as they felt it necessary to charge me for additional services at that stage that I hadn't even received.

As for my toddler, I asked for shortish sides and slightly longer on the top. Pretty standard boys haircut. He ended up with a bowl and smears of the hairdressers blood on his face. They had cut themselves and not bothered to clean/put a bandaid.

I will be taking myself and my children elsewhere in the future.

absolutely loved my hair cut and the service was amazing, however I found the beautician was a abrupt and at times I was a little offended and left very disappointed so i haven't re-booked.
