      Great to have a bank open on the weekend. Always friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable, good rates for mortgage and loans. Nice to have option to do things over the phone or online.

      I saw this branch has a promotion for 12-month term deposit at 3.75% per annum. The rate was fantastic! I started an account with The Co-operative Bank. There was no queue. Great customer service. The staff was attentive and listened to my request. She was helpful and explained the key terms and conditions of the account to me. A good place to bank!
