LRC is a community development project where local people identify their own issues and develop responses to their concerns. LRC is made up of, a community cottage and community gardens that provide number of services & activities for people to connect and access information. Good place, helpful people, very open to new ideas. Lovely community gardens over the back, peaceful setting. Very easy to find, and near a big shopping mall and some suburban city council offices.
