Sleep Well Clinic

I agreed to take part in a CPAP trial on the understanding that I would supplied/fitted with the correct equipment, sadly even though I collected the machine in person, the mask provided (in a sealed bag/with no opportunities to test fit samples) was the incorrect size and after a couple of unsuccessful nights of attempting to make it work (air blowing into both eyes even with the harness straps tightened so much that it would noticeably swell and bruise the bridge of my nose), I gave up and requested a new mask. After pleading my case (the woman I spoke to seem put out by the fact that that they'd need to use a second mask on me) I was sent a different style of mask to account for my enlarged nose bridge.

Sadly this mask was also the incorrect size and even with the harness fully tightened (with my chin almost clamped tightly hard up against my throat) the nasal section of the mask would in no way seal around my nostrils and after 30 minutes or so of having air continually leak whenever i dared move, off it came!

Aside from this trial proving to be a complete waste of my time, the Sleep Well Clinic still had the audacity to ask me to pay $250 (due in 9 days) for the cleaning of the CPAP, which I would never have used in the first place had I known that it would not be supplied with a correctly sized mask!
