Possible the worst experience with a company ever. They made an error in advising an incorrect product to purchase from a third party and would not take responsibility for it. When challenged to rectify the problem, they refused to complete the job which was part of a fully tiled bathroom. Early they installed an acrylic shower and their installed left a cut around the entire based when removing the plastic protective cover and also refused to take responsibility. This company has a serious culture problem and is not worth considering. Buyer Beware!

One of the only places that could help us with our shower but overall customer service was lacking. It took me ringing several times to chase up quote and installation details. Once the work had been done it took going back and forth to get them to finish the job.

Our experience was a negative one unfortunately, poorly coordinated and took over 2 months to complete the installation, Not very happy customer at all!

We got our shower here and we are so happy with it. The staff were so helpful. They knew a lot about all of the different showers and gave us really helpful advice. They helped us explore all of the options to work out what was best for us.
