I've found this place hit and miss. Usually you have to wait at least 30-45 minutes after your appointment time before you get seen to. Yet the staff are really friendly and do a great job on my hair. I think it's rather expensive too. And because there's a cycle lane running along Rutland street outside their business, car parking can be challenging.
