Dishonesty, substandard repairs, unauthorised alterations, and leaking roofs were just some of the things I came home to after trusting my house to these people. No background checks on tenants were done, who were smokers who damaged my house. I came home to a complete nightmare. I do not recommend ever trusting the keys of your house to these people.
