Went in to purchase a water filter, no one came to see if i needed help so went to one of the desks and asked - got pointed to the product which was on the desk, I had to prod to get info about it and reach to get it myself when I said il get one. . And the top was covered in fust.. that is never a good look! Tho the lady at the check out was very lovely and patient with my daughter and let her scan a few other purchases which was sweet.

Well went there last week to buy a chainsaw and lady was very dismissive to me and l would not buy one there now because of the rude way she spoke to me and other people in the store sermed ore friendly , nice set out store though

Good store with all the top branded tools which hubby loves! staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, Lots of off street parking

Placemakers Thames to be a bit more expensive than the likes of Bunnings and Mitre 10 but the service is great and I find that the word that are sourced is actually better quality

Great hardware store with really friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location with lots of parking. Love shopping here!
