      My experience of this firm has been difficult to say the least. Especially regarding a deceased account.
      They consistently ignored my requests for updates and information on how the matters were proceeding. Then when I complained I was informed, by letter, that I was only getting the funds because my relative had died!
      I eventually signed off on their bill because I found that the whole thing was just causing too much stress for myself and the other beneficiaries.
