Visited here earlier this year and I was appalled by the service. However upon visiting again this week I was thrilled to receive quite the opposite. I was helped by an absolutely lovely lady - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me in choosing an item and gift wrapped it beautifully.

Lovely store with beautiful jewellery. Store has items priced for all budgets. Can have to wait for help though as not many staff on - but very helpful when you get someone.

I love the bracelets of pandora. I bought 2 charms in this outlet and the staff were accommodating.

Helped me find the perfect gift for my friends birthday! Staff are perfect and helpful. Located in the mall so lots of parking and the store has something for everyone.

I think this is the best place in Christchurch for the widest selection of Pandora. Staff are helpful and patient and go above and beyond to make your shopping trip enjoyable. Love that they offer to clean your pandora jewellery while browsing.
